Welcome to Woodly Property, a property development company founded by Isaac Day, a skilled carpenter with an interest in the renovation and development of residential houses. Based in Swansea, Isaac has experience in renovating and developing residential properties with strong details of carpentry, turning them into modern, liveable spaces.

Woodly Property was born from Isaac’s interest in carpentry and his desire to create spaces that feel like home. Isaac’s journey began at the age of 16 when he started learning the craft of carpentry in his 3 year apprenticeship. Over the years, he honed his skills, developing a deep understanding of the trade, with a particular focus on house renovation and development. From a young age, Isaac always knew he wanted to build homes. This passion led him to carpentry and house renovation, where he saw an opportunity to revitalise older properties in need of attention, transforming them into modern, liveable spaces.
